Our technicians are well trained with hands-on experience on various projects. All our welders are certified by the Indian Register of Shipping and can execute all types of welding.

We have a complete in-house steel fabrication team comprising of Graduate Engineers from Marine Fabrication and have experience of working with various yards wherein new construction, repairs, conversion, and modification projects have been handled by them. We have a specialized team dedicated to fabricating, installing, and commissioning of Ballast Water Management System for almost all leading brands that manufacture BWMS equipment. To name a few brands which we have successfully executed are, DESMI, Alfa Laval, Techross, Hyundai, Sunrui, and Headway. We also take up BWMS projects on a turnkey basis where we start from the complete scanning process, followed by engineering and design, fabrication of pipeline and installation, electrical cable installation and termination, bus bar modification, AMS integration GPS feedback integration, and commissioning assistance with OEM reps.We assure you that all the requirements for the installation of BWMS are delivered to the client under one single roof of Marine and Industrial Solutions.

2. DESMI Ocean Guard, Compact Clean, TRC – 2500 m3/hr – 3 Projects.
3. Techross, Electro-Clean, TRC – 900 m3/hr. – 5 projects.
4. Ocean Guard, HMT – 1500 Ex X 2, TRC- 1950 m3/hr – 2 Projects.
5. SunRui BalClor BC – 3000 x 1, TRC – 3000 m3/hr – 2 Projects.
6. Hyundai Hi Ballast NF 1500Ex, TRC – 1500 m3/hr – 3 Projects.

• MSC Sandy: Overhauling of MAK 6M25 generator engines including renewal of crankshafts of all 3 engines during sailing.
• MSC Ada: Overhauling and crankshaft renewal of MAN B&W 5L 16/24
• Maliha: Overhauling and crankshaft renewal of Daihatsu 6DL16 in dry docks.
• MSC Grace: Salvaging of shaft generator with in-house strip winding.
• MSC Singapore: Complete retrofit of VRCS system with replacement of LPO with in-house developed limit switch system with power pack.
• MSC Polo: Complete overhauling of 4 cargo cranes including changing of pedestal bearings and overhauling of all hydraulic motors and power pack.
• Burj Al Arab: Regular maintenance of pumps for the pool filtration system.
• Emoil: Supply and Installation of 20” Double Bleed Valves at Jabal Ali Tank farm on 4 of their Fuel Storage Tanks.
• Emoil: Annual Maintenance of Tank Body valves of all their tanks for the last 5 years.
• JIFF: Design, fabrication, erection, and maintenance of tyre busters at the Tank Farm gates.
• Seamec Palladin: Complete rewinding of shaft generator including removal and refit from vessel.
• Dry Dock Worlds Dubai: Strip winding of 11kva motor.
• TBC Badrinath: Complete overhauling of MAN B&W 5L 23/30H including changing of crankshaft and block.
• Seamec Anant: Complete hydraulic system installation for the newly installed diving system.
