- All types of pumps like seawater, fresh water, fuel oil, and transfer, stripping pumps, cargo oil pumps, turbine type pumps.
- Cleaning of various coolers and heaters both shell & tube and plate type. Removal, cleaning, and repairs including changing of tube stack, intermediate gasket renewal, and renewal of plates and gaskets. Pressure testing of shell and tube sides. In situ cleaning of plate-type cooler using chemical flushing and back flushing.
- Complete overhaul and repairs of keel coolers during docking.
- Complete overhauling of anchor windlass including renewal of bearings and fabrication of brake bands. Mooring winch and roller overhauling.
- Overhauling of Air compressors of all brands.
- Complete overhauling of fuel and Oil purifiers.
- During docking complete removal of rudder and propeller, draw out of shafting, clearance recording,
- bush renewal at A bracket, inner and outer seal renewal. Rudder integrity check
- Complete overhauling of Thruster units of ALL makes Bow thrusters, Stern Thrusters, and Propulsion Thrusters, including polishing of blades and zero settings.
- Steering system overhaul including renewal of bushes and seals as applicable.
- Boiler and mounting repairs.
- Air Receiver overhauling includes cleaning and mounting overhaul, testing, and setting relief valves.
